Ask Claude or ChatGPT about your calls

If you already use Claude or ChatGPT during the day, you can now ask it about your firm's calls the same way you'd ask a colleague. Connect Receptiva once, and your assistant can tell you who called, who still needs a call back, and how Avery handled each one.

What changed#

Receptiva now works as a connector in Claude and ChatGPT. You add it from the assistant's connector settings, sign in with the account you use for your dashboard, and approve access on one screen where you choose which firms it may see. After that, you just ask in your own words.

Your assistant can:

• Tell you where your account stands, including your trial days and your next step.
• Read your receptionist's settings: your hours, who gets transferred calls, and what happens after hours.
• Look through your calls: a summary of each one, who called about what, and how it was routed and why.
• List your leads, so you know who to call back.
• Change Avery's settings by chat. The assistant prepares a draft and shows you exactly what would change. Nothing goes live until you confirm, and you can undo a change afterwards.

Full transcripts and a lead's complete intake stay in your dashboard.

Why it matters#

Say you're a solo attorney walking into the courthouse at 9:40, with twenty minutes before your hearing and no time to open the dashboard. You ask your assistant: "Anything from this morning I should call back before noon?"

Your assistant checks your leads and calls and answers in a few lines: two new injury leads, one existing client asking about a settlement check, and a vendor you can ignore. You call the two leads from the hallway. Later, you notice a call didn't reach you and ask why. The answer comes from Avery's own routing record: it came in before your office hours started, so she took a message.

• "Change our office hours to 9 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday."

How to turn it on#

Follow the short guide for your assistant, Claude or ChatGPT. Each takes a few minutes: add the connector, sign in, choose your firms and press Allow. Then try "Where does my firm stand with Receptiva?" in a new chat. For more ideas, see the example prompts.

You can disconnect at any time from your dashboard under Integrations. If you or your developer want the technical details, the full developer docs are live too.

Update, October 1: your firm's owner can now turn on Full caller data for AI assistants under Integrations, so your assistant can read full transcripts and intake details. It stays off until you switch it on.
