Receptiva is a product of AutoClaim AI, LLC (“Receptiva,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use receptiva.ai and how we handle it. This is the marketing site; it does not describe how we process call data for customer law firms, which is governed by our customer agreements.

Information we collect

• Application details you submit through our forms — name, firm, work email, phone, practice area, call volume, current answering service, and language needs.
• Usage data — analytics collected via PostHog (and Google Analytics, if later enabled): pages viewed, buttons clicked, progress through account setup, device/browser information, and approximate location derived from your IP address.

How we use it

• To respond to founding-partner and demo requests and onboard interested firms.
• To understand how the site is used and improve our product and messaging.

Session recordings

We use PostHog session replay to record how visitors interact with the site — mouse movement, scrolling, and page structure — so we can find and fix usability problems. Text typed into forms is masked and is not captured. Recordings are retained for a limited period. To object to session recording or request deletion of your recordings, email hello@receptiva.ai.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the site (e.g. hosting, database, email, and analytics providers) under their respective terms.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in to Receptiva operational text notifications — during service onboarding or in your service agreement — we send messages such as call summaries, transfer alerts, and system alerts. Message frequency varies with call activity on your account. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; mobile information is shared with our SMS delivery provider only to send the messages you requested.

Email communications

When you create a Receptiva account or become a customer, we send transactional and operational email as part of providing the service — for example sign-in codes, account confirmations, setup and onboarding notices, call summaries you configure, and billing or service notices. If you opt in to product tips and updates (for example during account setup), we may also send occasional marketing email; every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time — including by emailing hello@receptiva.ai. We do not sell or share email addresses with third parties for their marketing; email addresses are shared with our email delivery provider only to send the messages described here.
