Receptiva Alerts

Last updated: October 2026

Receptiva Alerts is a text-message program operated by AutoClaim AI, LLC, the company behind Receptiva, an AI phone receptionist for law firms. It sends operational alerts about call activity on a firm’s own Receptiva account — for example, that a new-lead call transfer was missed — with a link to the call in the firm’s dashboard. Texts never include a caller’s name, number or case details, and there is no marketing.

Who receives texts

Only the team members (attorneys and staff) of a law firm that uses Receptiva, at the mobile numbers the firm’s account owner enters for them. Receptiva does not text the firm’s callers or the public.

How consent is collected

Mobile numbers are entered in two places: the “Routing people” step of the setup wizard at receptiva.ai/setup, and the Team page of the firm’s dashboard. Next to the numbers is a checkbox that starts unchecked. The account owner ticks it to confirm that the people listed agreed to receive these texts. It is optional, it is separate from creating an account and from accepting our Terms, and leaving it unticked changes nothing else about the service. Until it is ticked, nobody on the team gets texts.

The wizard’s checkbox reads, word for word:

The dashboard’s checkbox, beside one team member, reads:

Consent is recorded per person and per number, with the time and the account owner who recorded it. If a team member’s number changes, their consent is cleared and must be given again. After consent is recorded, the number receives one confirmation text.

Opting out and help

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of service. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; you will get one confirmation and no more texts. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@receptiva.ai. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
