From month 4 the plan bills at its normal rate, and that rate is locked in for founding firms — it never goes up. Flat-rate, month-to-month, change or cancel anytime.

What if I go over my plan's minutes during the founding period?

The same as on any plan — overage bills at $0.99/min above your plan's included minutes. If you're outgrowing your plan, upgrade anytime and you'll still pay $99/mo for the rest of your first 3 months. Downgrades take effect when the founding period ends.
