The site
This website provides information about Receptiva and lets firms apply to become founding partners or request a demo. Product features, pricing, pilot metrics, and customer quotes described here are informational and may change; nothing here is a binding offer or a guarantee of results.
No legal advice
Receptiva is an AI assistant for law firms. The site and the service do not provide legal advice and do not create an attorney–client relationship.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it through automated abuse, or submit false information through our forms.
SMS alerts (Receptiva Alerts)
Receptiva Alerts is a text-message program operated by AutoClaim AI, LLC. It sends operational alerts about call activity on a firm’s own Receptiva account — for example, that a new-lead call transfer was missed — to the firm’s team members. A team member is enrolled only when the firm’s account owner ticks an unchecked consent checkbox next to that person’s mobile number, in the setup wizard or on the dashboard’s Team page, confirming the person agreed to receive these texts. Consent is not a condition of service, and it is separate from accepting these terms. See how Receptiva Alerts works.
Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help; you can also contact hello@receptiva.ai. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile numbers.
Email communications
Creating a Receptiva account means we will send you transactional and operational email about your account and the service — for example sign-in codes, account confirmations, and service notices. Optional marketing email (product tips, updates, and news) is sent only if you opt in, and you can stop it at any time via the unsubscribe link in any such email or by contacting hello@receptiva.ai.
