A text when a new lead's transfer goes unanswered
When Avery tries to put a new injury lead through and nobody picks up, everyone on your team with text alerts on gets a text with a link straight to the call.
Know who called, and whether it matters, without opening your email.
If your firm runs on Slack, your call alerts can now live there too. After every call Avery answers, a card lands in the channel you choose, and the size of the card tells you how much the call matters before you read a word.
Receptiva can post a card to your firm's Slack channel for every completed call. Each card is shaped by the kind of call it was:
An urgent call of any kind is flagged at the top of its card. If the caller didn't leave a callback number, the card says "not provided", because that's the thing to act on. Every card except the one-liners has a View call details button that opens the call in your dashboard.
Your call summary emails keep coming as before. Slack is an extra place to see your calls, not a replacement.
Picture a four-attorney firm where everyone watches a shared intake channel. On a Thursday afternoon three cards come in within ten minutes. Two are one-liners: a copier salesman and a wrong number. The third is a full card: a man hurt in a crash with a delivery truck two days ago, already seen at urgent care, no lawyer yet.
The paralegal sees it on her phone between errands, taps through to the recording, and the intake attorney calls him back before he's had time to call another firm.
Slack alerts are in early access, and we set them up with you. Email us at hello@receptiva.ai with your firm's name, and we'll send you the two-minute Slack steps to connect the channel you choose.
Update, October 15: every Slack alert now links straight to the call, including sales calls, wrong numbers and calls outside your practice.
