A text when a new lead's transfer goes unanswered
When Avery tries to put a new injury lead through and nobody picks up, everyone on your team with text alerts on gets a text with a link straight to the call.
The new start flow gets you from 'curious' to 'live' without a sales call.
You shouldn't need a sales call or a free afternoon to find out whether Avery is right for your firm. The new start flow lets you set her up from your phone, hear her answer as your firm, and see exactly what your team would get after every call.
Setup now starts on the start page and asks for very little up front:
Once you're in, your dashboard shows Finish setting up Avery with a count of how many of six steps are done: your office phone, your team and transfer numbers, business hours, who gets call alerts, forwarding your calls, and your dashboard address. Each row has one action, and several can be confirmed with a single tap if the defaults already suit you.
The forwarding step opens a short guide. It asks where your calls ring today and gives you the steps for that phone system, so your office number stays the same and Avery answers it.
When you're ready to keep going after the trial, you can add a payment method from inside the dashboard.
Picture an office manager at a small injury firm. The partners have asked her to "look into one of those AI receptionists" and she has a lunch break to do it. She opens the start page on her phone, finds the firm, and calls Avery while she eats. Two minutes later she's looking at a complete intake summary for her made-up accident, already sitting in her inbox to forward to the partners.
That afternoon she works through the checklist between other tasks: adds the two attorneys, confirms the hours, and follows the forwarding steps for the firm's phone system. Nobody had to schedule a demo.
Start at receptiva.ai/start. Have your firm's name and your phone handy; the rest you can finish later from the checklist. The checklist appears on the Overview of any firm set up through the start flow.

Update, October 17: if you can't make the test call right now, you can start your trial anyway and call later.
