A dashboard with Avery in it

Ask Avery what happened, tell her what to change, and undo anything in one click.

Your dashboard used to be a set of pages you had to go looking through. Now Avery is in it: she tells you what happened, she makes the changes you ask for, and she shows you exactly what will change before anything goes live.

What changed#

Home opens on Avery's brief. Once your line is live, the dashboard starts with what happened since you closed: how many calls came in, who is waiting for a call back, and anything that needs you. Under the brief is a "How Avery is doing" card for the week, and below that you can ask her anything about your calls.

Five pages instead of ten. Home, Calls, Avery settings, Integrations and Account. Everything about how Avery answers lives on Avery settings: her voice, your hours, who she transfers to, how each kind of call is handled, and your house rules, the short rules she follows on every call.

Every change can be undone. The top of Avery settings shows the live version, who changed it last and how, with Undo in one click and a full Version history.

Tell Avery what to change. On any page, open Avery's side panel and say "we close at 3 on Fridays" or "add Sam to transfers." She drafts the change, shows you the old and new values, and nothing goes live until you press Apply.

Finish setup in a chat. New accounts finish setting up Avery by answering a few short questions on the Getting Started page, one at a time. Skip any of them, and apply everything at once at the end.

Contact support. Need us? Support opens a short form in Avery's panel. A person on our team reads it and replies to your email. Rather talk? Call (833) 442-4321 and ask for support: in business hours, Avery puts you straight through to us.

Why it matters#

Picture an owner who just got off a job site. Before, checking whether a lead called meant opening Calls and scanning the list. Now the dashboard opens with "2 new leads are waiting for a call back," the names are right there, and if the Friday hours are wrong, one sentence to Avery fixes them, with Undo if it was a mistake.
